It’s Your Move collects only what it needs to quote and run your move. This page explains what we gather, why, and what we never do with it.
In plain English: we use your name, address, and phone to price and schedule your move. We don’t sell your information to anyone, and your quote request goes to our own Odessa office, not a third party.
What we collect
When you call or fill the form, we take the details a move requires and nothing extra.
- Your name, phone, and email.
- The pickup and delivery addresses or ZIPs.
- Home size, dates, and any special items you list.
How we use it
Your information does three things and stops there.
- Quoting. Wade uses it to build your flat figure.
- Scheduling. Annaliese books the crew and confirms the date.
- Follow-up. We may check in after the move or answer a claim.
What we don’t do
Some lines we won’t cross with your information.
- We never sell, rent, or trade your details to other movers, marketers, or lead sites.
- Card payments run through a standard processor; we don’t store full card numbers.
- You can ask us to delete your record after a job closes, within what tax and claim law requires us to keep.
