A quote from It’s Your Move is a real number, not a range built to creep up on move day. Wade Mahoney reads your inventory, checks the route, and hands back a signed Texas flat figure. No meter, no surprise fuel line, no middleman selling your details to other companies.
What we ask
Give us these on the form and Wade can usually price it within the hour on office days.
- Where you’re moving from and to, by ZIP.
- Home size, studio through four-bedroom, plus any garage or oilfield-shop items.
- Your target date, and whether it’s tied to a hitch rotation.
- Heavy or special pieces: piano, gun safe, gym equipment, large appliances.
How the quote works
The path is the same whether you’re crossing Odessa or heading down I-20.
- Send the form. It reaches our office, not a call center.
- Wade prices it. A flat figure for local jobs or a per-route figure for long hauls, in writing.
- You approve. A $75 deposit holds your date and comes off the final total.
- We schedule. Annaliese books the crew and works around your hitch days.
The figure you sign is the figure you pay, as long as the inventory matches on load day. Add a room and we re-quote before we lift a box.
After you approve
Once the deposit is down, your date is locked and the rest is logistics.
- You get the signed figure and a crew arrival window in writing.
- Annaliese checks in the day before to confirm timing.
- The same crew that priced the job is the crew that loads it.
Local jobs run on hourly crew rates, and longer hauls use set route figures. Want the background first? The home page lays out how we operate, and the form below sends straight to Wade.
