These terms cover a move booked with It’s Your Move. Booking a date means you agree to them. We’ve kept the language readable.
In plain English: we quote a flat figure, a $75 deposit holds it, and the price stays put as long as your inventory matches. We own the trucks and crew, so you deal with us the whole way, not a middleman.
Our services
We provide licensed household-goods moving across Odessa and the Permian Basin, all on our own trucks with W-2 crews.
- Local, long-distance, and last-minute moves.
- Full packing, piano, and gun-safe handling.
- Short-term storage and commercial relocations.
Estimates, payment, and deposit
Your flat figure comes from the inventory you give us and holds firm on load day as long as that inventory matches. Add rooms or heavy items and we re-quote before we load.
- $75 deposit. Reserves your date and applies to the final total.
- Balance on completion. Due when the truck is unloaded, by card or approved method.
- Long-distance. A per-route flat figure agreed before we drive.
Liability coverage
Two coverage levels apply to every move, under standard federal rules.

We carry $1M cargo coverage, and claims can be filed within the nine-month federal window.
Cancellations and weather
Plans change in the Basin, so here’s how we handle it.
- Reschedule at least 48 hours out and your deposit moves to the new date.
- Same-day cancellations may forfeit the $75.
- If a dust storm or ice makes the roads unsafe, we rebook at no penalty.
